L'itinérante is the weekend format of the Transju'Cyclo! You'll pedal a distance of 230 km over 2 days.

You'll have a GPS track to follow, leading you through the magnificent roads and landscapes of the Jura Mountains. Between spruce forests, mountain lakes and passes to reach the high plateaus, this route has been designed to offer you the most authentic experience. A true cycling journey through our wild territory.

  • Day 1: 133km - 2100D+ Route highlights: Passage through Château-Chalon, Baume-les-Messieurs, Rosay (château), Chevreaux - Discover the cultural heritage of the Jura.
  • Day 2: 105km - 1600D+ Course highlights: Tour of Lac de Vouglans. Ascent of the famous Montcusel hill. Return via Clairvaux and Lac de Chalain.

Hiking is open to all.

Day 1: Champagnole - Bellecin, between castles and remote areas

Distance: 133km - 2100D+.

Course strengths: 

○ Passage through Château-Chalon, Baume-les-Messieurs, Rosay (château), Chevreaux. 

○ Discovering the cultural heritage of the Jura. 

The first day of the tour, between Champagnole and Bellecin, promises immersion in the rich cultural heritage of the Jura. The 133 km route, with a positive altitude difference of 2100 m, passes through emblematic sites such as : 

  • Château-Chalon Château-Chalon: Guardian of the Jura vineyards, this village with its rich cultural heritage is perched on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the surrounding vineyards and secluded areas.
  • Baume-les-Messieurs Baume-les-Messieurs: Nestled in a spectacular retreat, this village is recognized as one of the most beautiful in France, with its remarkable abbey. ● Sud-Revermont region Between the châteaux of Rosay and Chevreaux, you'll cross an area of varied landscapes with superb panoramic views over Burgundy.

This first day promises to be a true discovery of the Jura's cultural and natural heritage. In sporting terms, it's reminiscent of a roller-coaster ride, with many short but intense climbs. 

 

Day 2 Bellecin - Champagnole, return via the Lake District

Distance: 105km - 1600D+.

Course strengths:

○ Tour of Lac de Vouglans. 

○ Climb the famous Montcusel hill. 

○ Return via Clairvaux and Lac de Chalain. 

The second day of the tour features a 105 km itinerary with a positive altitude difference of 1600 m, highlighting the more mountainous landscapes of the Lake District: 

  • Vouglans Lake France's third-largest man-made lake, with its turquoise waters, forested beaches and huge dam.
  • Côte de Montcusel A striking climb offering spectacular panoramic views of the region.
  • Clairvaux-les-Lacs and Lac de Chalain An area rich in natural heritage, dotted with lakes offering an idyllic setting.

This return to Champagnole is a plunge into the grandiose landscapes of the Jura. Between the tranquility of the lakes and the mountain relief, this day offers a perfect balance between sporting challenge and contemplation. sporting challenge and contemplation. The climb up to Montcusel in its picturesque landscape is the most difficult of the two days, but fortunately it comes at the beginning of the second day.

The Transju' Jura Pellets Challenge

The aim of the Challenge Transju' Jura Pellets is to reward the best male and female participant in the 3 major races of our events: La Transju', La Transju'Trails and La Transju'Cyclo.

All those who have participated in the 3 events of the current year will benefit from a 10% discount on the Transju'Cyclo, regardless of the race distance chosen.

The fastest participant in the 3 major Transju' events will win the winners' bell (this year Transju' 40km, 82km Trail and 160km Cycling).

Challenge Entreprise by Crédit Agricole

Trans'Organisation has decided to honour and promote and promote healthy sports in the workplaceby organizing a dedicated challenge: The challenge Transju' Entreprises.

It's a collective challenge for all employees of a company who wish to take part in one of the Transju''s Transju' time trials or hikes.. The aim is to share a convivial moment that develops team cohesion.

This challenge is open to all companies, the aim being to mobilize as many employees as possible.

The challenge applies to each of the 3 events Transju', Transju'Trail, Transju'Cyclo with rankings and awards for each event, plus an overall ranking at the end of the event year.
