🆕 New Parcours 2025!

Conquer the ultimate Transju'Cyclo challenge! This new 2025 route has all the makings of a real challenge to discover the emblematic roads of the Jura and Doubs regions.

Eyes bigger than legs? Latecomers will have the opportunity to branch off onto the 110km after Rochejean.

The start of the course is the same as that of the 110km, beginning with a demanding climb from Syam to Crans, which takes you to Cerniébaud and the Haute-Joux massif. After an initial ascent marked by the Col de Saint-Sorlin, a technical descent takes you through the Doubs to Mouthe, where the first refreshment station awaits.

For the more experienced, the 160 km route offers an even more intense journey: through the Val de Remoray, past Rochejean and the impressive Gorges du Fourperet, before reaching the ponds and lakes of the Rivière Drugeons, and the second refreshment point in Bulle. The route continues through the Maublin forest and the Col de Chalamont, before descending to the Frasne peat bogs.

At Remoray, at km 60, the 11:45 a.m. time barrier will automatically turn you onto the 110 km. You'll then enter the Col du Lancier ascent as your main challenge, before rejoining the 70 km course at Mignovillard.

The final section, common to both routes, is full of surprises: an atypical traverse through the heart of our partner Jura Pellets' sawmill , a passage through the medieval town of Nozeroy, and a descent punctuated by a few "ass kicks" to Champagnole via Sirod.

A modular itinerary that combines effort, spectacular scenery and conviviality for an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Jura Mountains!

Profile and route 160 km

Cycling 160 km

  • Distance : 164 km
  • Ascent : 2000 m D+ climb

The route begins with the difficult climb from Syam to Crans, before rising towards Cerniébaud and reaching the Haute-Joux massif. The first official pass is Saint Sorlin, followed by a descent to Mouthe, where the first refreshment station is located. Participants then head for the Val de Remoray via Rochejean and the magnificent Gorges du Fourperet.

From Vaux-et-Chantegrue, the route continues towards the lakes of the Rivière Drugeons, before reaching the second refreshment point in Bulle. On the way to Levier, cyclists reach La Chapelle-d'Huin, and the Maublin forest. The last listed pass, the Col de Chalamont (3 km), heads back towards Champagnole, with a passage through the ponds and peat bogs of Frasne.

All routes then converge at the sawmill of our partner Jura Pellet, the last stop for refreshments, for an unusual crossing among planks and tree trunks. The end of the route, mostly downhill, includes a few "ass kickings" and a passage through the medieval town of Nozeroy before returning to Champagnole via Sirod.
