Gaspard Rousset and Juliette Ducordeau crowned champions at La Transjurassienne 2026

Under bright sunshine and at the end of the 50 km between Lamoura and Les Rousses, Gaspard Rousset and Juliette Ducordeau won La Transjurassienne 2026. This edition was marked by intense suspense among the men, confirmed domination among the women, and an atmosphere that remains as unique as ever on the trails of the Jura mountains.

In his first appearance, Gaspard Rousset won after a ten-man sprint, beating Hugo Dejour and Yan Belorgey by just a few hundredths of a second. The skier from La Féclaz has thus added his name to the list of winners of this legendary Worldloppet circuit event. In the women's race, Juliette Ducordeau repeated her 2025 performance by breaking away in the early kilometers to clinch a second consecutive victory, full of emotion.

Behind the champions, 1,500 cross-country skiers lined up at the start of the 50 km race (2,500 participants over the entire weekend), coming from all over France and 35 different countries. Passionate amateurs, regulars at La Transju’, families, charitable organizations... All shared the same experience, combining physical effort, spectacular scenery, and camaraderie.

Despite difficult snow conditions a few days before the event, the organizers have given a very positive assessment of this year's race. Thanks to the work of snow professionals, the commitment of 800 volunteers, and the support of partners, La Transjurassienne 2026 has once again confirmed its status as an iconic event for cross-country skiing and the Jura mountains.
