Podcast Transju'Trails x Agile Training

We're delighted to announce the release of 2 Transju'Trails podcast episodes, in collaboration with Nicolas VANDEL, Agile training, physical preparation specialist and member of the French Nordic Ski Team staff for 10 years. 🤝

The principle? 🏃‍♂️

Elite and amateur athletes discuss their physical preparation, how to reconcile training and family life, how to train for altitude differences when you live in the city, and the specific features of the Transju'Trails routes.

👉 In episode 42, we meet Julie (1st in the 25km in 2022), Laurie-Anne (3rd in the 25km in 2023) and Anne, who will be taking part in her 1st trail this year.

👉 In episode 43, Ludovic Bourgeois, an experienced runner registered for the 82km, and Stéphanie registered for the 42km and Frédéric participating in the 62km.
